We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged product, we’re here to help, ensuring a smooth and elegant resolution.
1. Damaged Product Replacement
If your product arrives damaged, we offer a free replacement. Our priority is to ensure you receive the Marvero quality you expect.
2. Unboxing Video Guidelines
For a claim to be eligible, the video evidence must meet the following strict criteria:
- The video must be continuous and unedited from start to finish.
- It should clearly show the sealed package before opening.
- It must capture the complete unboxing process.
- It must clearly display the damaged product inside the opened package.
Claims submitted without a compliant unboxing video will, unfortunately, not be accepted for replacement.
3. Claim Timeframe
Damage claims must be raised promptly, specifically **within 24 hours of documented delivery** of the product.
Claims exceeding this 24-hour window will not be eligible for replacement.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for items damaged during shipping. Eligible cases will be resolved exclusively through replacement of the item, after successful verification of the required unboxing video.
By placing an order with Marvero Perfumes, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this replacement-only policy for damaged goods.
